The position
In this position you will be responsible for setting up all training and classes for the Novo Nordisk cLEAN® Academy. You will support the discussions with management teams and cLEAN® community to closely link business goals to academy offerings. You will help to set the direction for the content (existing and new) provided by the Academy, and work with a range of training and cLEAN® experts to develop and maintain the materials used by the global organisation. You will be the primary contact to internal stakeholders such as cLEAN® partners & trainers but also to external contacts such as training vendors, administrative work force and LEAN® consultants.

About the Department
The position is in the team Training Development & Standards (TD&S), which is anchored in the Global People & Organisation (HR), in the department of Training & Capability Building, consisting of 100+ training professionals. We focus specifically on the job specific training supporting employees working within the regulated production areas in Product Supply, Quality & IT.
The cLEAN® Academy is anchored within TD&S as a small team with strong cLEAN® capabilities and services towards line of business and the cLEAN® community.
TD&S is globally responsible for the training standards used in the production areas, competence development offerings to the global training organisation and LoB, development of digital content such as videos and e-learning, and the use technologies such as AR and VR in regulated training.
The team consists of experienced Learning & Development Consultants and Training Developers responsible for setting direction and supporting the global training organisation and the end users at the local production sites. The job is in Bagsværd, Denmark, and we provide flexible working conditions.
