The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly-motivated, self-organized Co-Founder who is passionate about data and excited about using it to create the best matches ❤️. As a key member of our founding team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product and help shape our startup's future.

Roles and Responsibilities ⚙️

1. Work hand-in-hand with the founding team in shaping our strategic direction and product development

2. Implement robust data strategies and analytics, leveraging your expertise in data engineering and data science

3. Participate actively in other aspects of platform development and operations, demonstrating versatility and a willingness to tackle various roles and tasks ‍ ‍

4. Cultivate an innovative, agile, and collaborative company culture

Key Qualifications ✅

1. Education or proven experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

2. Located in Northern Europe, preferably in the Copenhagen region or Southern Sweden ️

3. Demonstrated experience with data-driven decision-making and analytics

4. Willingness and ability to contribute to various aspects of platform development

5. Strong leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate a team

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
