You understand the customers' needs and can create solutions for the customers. Your task will be to service our customers and follow up on the quality of the cleaning carried out during control. It is also your responsibility to ensure high customer and employee satisfaction. You meet our employees with respect and are good at motivating. When we get new customers in your customer portfolio, it is your responsibility to plan and lead the start of the cleaning. In addition to common sense and leadership qualities, we expect you as a person to be: Good for having many balls in the air at once You are outgoing and good at dealing with all kinds of people You have a positive approach to challenges. Structured and good for planning You have a winning personality and are good at building relationships Quick to clarify and process customer questions and tasks Good at communicating in writing and orally Good at collaborating and motivating Operational and business oriented Resident in or near the Copenhagen area Your qualifications are: Experience from the cleaning industry Preferably experience as a team leader / service manager / cleaning manager Speaks and writes Danish and English You have or will start taking a category B driver's license before the start There is a lot of freedom in the job, so we are looking for a responsible and independent employee.
