Welcome to Digital & Customer Excellence Management
Based at our HQ in Bjerringbro, you will become part of the Digital & Customer Excellence Management team. Here, you will lead the Commercial Excellence team consisting of 16 people responsible for our sales supporting platforms, tools and processes used by our more than 5,000 sales colleagues across 60 countries.
Your team consists of highly skilled consultants and project managers driving and developing the changes required to stay at the forefront of sales development.
Drive commercial excellence across internal and field sales platforms
Heading the team, you will focus on team development and strengthening capabilities, kindling curiosity, and continued motivation. You will also prioritize tasks and help the team’s efforts succeed, acting as the catalyst for change and actively working to embed a more customer centricity mindset throughout our organization.
Working closely with your team, you will be globally responsible for all processes, tools and platforms related to sales excellence and internal sales. Initially, you will spend the majority of your time on our extensive transformational project within internal sales: differentiating our customer approach to better suit different customer segments and needs as well as preparing our internal sales platform to support this agenda.
