The position
As a Communication Project Manager in the Development Communication team in Novo Nordisk, your job will be to manage, facilitate and drive communication-related projects and processes forward.
You will enjoy delivering on everyday communication operations with short deadlines as much as being responsible for developing and implementing larger strategic communication initiatives and events across Development.
Applying strong stakeholder management feels natural to you as you will work with communication specialists and leaders in the business areas in Development, facilitating processes to enable world-class communication efforts for strategic/ change/ leadership topics.
Your main responsibilities will be focused on:

You will report to the EVP Communication Partner in Development, and you will also be part of community of communicators in Development and in Novo Nordisk.

About the department
The Communication Project Manager position is anchored in the Development Communication Team. Development Communication is responsible for driving leadership communication and internal and external communication, including events, about strategic projects, business priorities, and milestones in the Development EVP area. We strive to create motivating, creative, and engaging communication experiences for our colleagues, both within the Development organisation and across Novo Nordisk.
The Development Communication team is part of the Development Executive Office and consists of a small and agile team of professionals. We work in an ever-changing and high-paced environment, collaborating closely with other areas and staff functions in Development, as well as with teams across Novo Nordisk.
