Content Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Specialist to join our global marketing team. As a content specialist, you will be responsible for creating and distributing high-quality content to promote our brand and engage with our target audience. You will work closely with a Content Strategist and the digital marketing team, to develop and implement a new global content marketing strategy 

You will be working with a broad and varied stakeholder landscape across Milestone, and you are therefore expected to be experienced in managing and navigating complex stakeholder environments. This role will give you an in-depth understanding and experience of the industry and ecosystem of Video Management Software (VMS). Your responsibilities will include:

• Create a content calendar that outlines the timing and distribution of all content across various channels (e.g., website, social media, email, blog, etc.)
• Write and edit high-quality content for various mediums, including blog posts, articles, website, videos, infographics, and social media posts
• Produce compelling, SEO friendly value-adding products texts that attract and convert customers as well as improves search engine rankings 
• Collaborating with key internal stakeholders, including sales, customers success, analysts, and advisors, to plan and streamline scalable content
• Conduct research on relevant topics and stay up to date with industry trends to ensure our content is informative, accurate, and engaging
• Analyze and report on the performance of content campaigns, using data to optimize future content efforts

To succeed in this job, it will be expected that you have:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative technology, and a natural curiosity to understand specific features and the everyday problem they solve for organizations across the globe. You must be well-versed in the latest trends in content marketing, lead generation strategy and creative storytelling.

• A relevant educational background or equivalent experience in marketing, multimedia, journalism, communications, or a related field
• 1-2+ Experience in digital content digital creation
• Strong understanding of SEO and experience with SEO tools and optimizing content for search engines
• Experience with graphic design
• Full fluency in English
• Experience with content management systems and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

It is a requirement to have a valid residence and work permit in Denmark.
