Job Responsibilities

As a Culture Transformation Consultant you will collaborate with leadership teams of different organizations within HydronicS and key stakeholders to define cultural transformation journeys and goals, deeply rooted within Growth Mindset. You will lead and facilitate cultural change initiatives, with a specific focus on promoting Growth Mindset and foster a culture where curiosity, resilience, and adaptability thrive.

Background & Skills

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree is advantageous). You bring proven experience in culture change consulting or similar roles. An adept understanding of the Growth Mindset concept is essential, with certification preferred. Your robust comprehension of organizational dynamics and behavior, coupled with outstanding communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, sets you apart. You excel in navigating complex organizational structures, and any certification in change management or cultural transformation is a definite asset.
