Our distribution have grown exponentially, and we need a new colleague to help our Customer Success Team introduce and support Unicontrol around the world.

THE POSITION

You will join our Customer Success team that helps our Danish dealers and international distributors with everything they need to grow their markets: ordering, pre-sales, troubleshooting, training, etc.

The Customer Success approach is key in Uncontrol’s growth strategy.

Main responsibilities:

• Organize trainings for new and existing distributors
• Generate a video library of existing trainings
• Create and maintain training materials
• Conduct trainings in person and remote
• Support for Danish customers and international distributors

You will grow into a subject matter expert in a segment that is rapidly being digitized and you will train in matters from installation over software use to data flows.

Our HQ is in Odense, where you will work. Some travel for training distributors and trade shows is to be expected.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has a relevant technical background combined with some years of experience within machine control, surveying, or digital construction.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English. If you also speak one of the languages ​​German, Spanish or Danish, it is an advantage
• Experience from the construction industry is preferred
• Experience with managing an e-learning platform
• Video editing abilities preferred
• Excellent communication skills across cultures
• Organizational ability and ability to manage small teams
