What You'll Do

• Provide customer support to address user inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

• Demonstrate empathy to understand and resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate closely with our development team to report identified issues and suggest improvements for our software.

• Test and evaluate software updates to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of our users.

• Offer guidance and training to users on how to maximize the features and functionalities of our platform.

• Update and adding written documentation to software use, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for users.

We're Looking For

• Proficiency in customer service

• Understanding of Instagram and Facebook functionalities

• Motivation to work in a start-up / scale-up

• A quick-learner and someone who are comfortable using IT-system

• Communication skills in both Danish and English, encompassing both verbal and written communication

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
