Data Engineer

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Data Engineer, who is passionate about data engineering but also driven to lead and innovate. You will join our Data Platform team and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust solutions that streamline and simplify our system landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategic planning and architecture of our state-of-the-art, cloud-based data and integrations platforms
• Design, build, maintain and optimize data pipelines e.g. ETL/ELT
• Support the digitalization roadmap, by delivering data integration and automation solutions
• Work with our Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to enable seamless delivery of analytics and AI solutions
• Continuously evaluate and implement best practices, technologies and framework, to maximize the value we deliver

What we’re looking for

• A relevant bachelor degree
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
• Proficient in ETL/ELT processes and data modelling using SQL or Python
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Experience working with complex data sets and relational databases
• Some experience with or knowledge of Azure Services related to data and integrations e.g. Synapse, Data Factory, Service Bus, Function Apps & Logic Apps. The same goes for tools such as Git, VS Code, Azure DevOps and Terraform
• Excellent skills in English, both oral and written. Danish is also preferred
