Key Responsibilities
Include: • Collaborate and provide guidance to Commercial and Staffs organizations regarding Information Security • Establish and implement third-party security measures, lead Security awareness program, drive Data Classification Journey and strategise/execute on CRT training for DD&IT management.• Drive and execute initiatives with the team, setting goals aligned with Global Information Security (GIS) vision, and facilitate organisational development within the area.• Manage departmental budgets effectively, manage vendor and stakeholder at various levels, and ensure consistency in deliverables through collaboration with the management team.• Coach & support employee in achieving targets, manage workload and stress levels, and develop employees to align with Novo Nordisk's objectives.• Upholding and promoting the GIS culture and Novo Nordisk way. Which competencies to bring? • Master’s degree , preferably in IT, Information Security or equivalent • 5+ years of experience managing highly skilled specialists, ideally in information security or similar• Experience in information security consulting or advisory, preferably within Life Sciences• Experience working with teams and management across different global locations• Analytical mindset with the ability to formulate business needs and develop business cases• Proficiency in English is essential, given the global outreach of the role As a person you are structured, detail-oriented, assertive, ambitious, and proactive. You have excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate in demanding stakeholder environment. About the Department The "Global Information Security Advisory" is integral part of "Global Information Security" organisation and is based out of Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) in Denmark. We are a Global Organisation, with team members situated in Denmark, USA, and India. Our team consists of experts across diverse Information Security domains and strong business knowledge. We collaborate closely with businesses throughout the value chain, providing guidance and counsel to ensure the security of Novo Nordisk.
