You’ll will play an important role in:
As a department manager, you will play an important role in fostering a culture of collaboration and communication across the organization and with external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading day-to-day administrative tasks
• Structuring, executing, and communicating tasks to stakeholders
• Managing people, including recruitment, training, professional development, and performance evaluation.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders

You will be based in our office in Copenhagen (in 2027 we move to Trekroner close to Roskilde)  

We imagine that you:
As a manager, you find fulfillment in leading people and fostering their development. Excels in stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building. You are fluent in English and if you also have some understanding of Danish, it will be an advantage. We would like it if you bring experience in developing new business areas/products, creating business cases as well as mapping relevant sales processes.

Moreover, if you have experience working in an SAP environment or equivalent, you will have an advantage, Thus, the team is responsible for adapting/ developing the SAP architecture where needed to support smooth order processing, invoicing, etc.
Your educational background may vary, but an understanding of business administration and a passion for leadership are essential.

The Engineering Business Support Department consists of 8 dedicated direct reporting employees and 4 employees at our International Group Companies (IGC’s). We nurture a culture that encourages team members to flourish and grow, naturally inspiring collaboration.  
Our department has the responsibility of ensuring smooth administrative operations and support developing new business areas. The department serves the important role in supporting technical departments with administrative services as well as serve external stake holders.
