Are you a growth marketer with experience in driving and optimizing strategies to generate pipeline and take our inbound demand and lead generation to the next level across all our marketing channels? Do you have especially strong skills in paid search, paid social and SEO? Then join Onomondo as our new Digital Marketing Manager in Copenhagen!

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our demand generation efforts by overseeing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and operational processes. Your focus will be on leveraging various digital channels to generate high-quality leads and ensuring the seamless digital operations within the Demand Gen team.

You will report directly to our Director of Demand Generation and work shoulder to shoulder with Campaigns, Content, Product Marketing and Design, along with any other Onomondians you might need to get sh*t done.

Since receiving our $21 million growth round, Onomondo is going from strength to strength, and  we're looking for a skilled demand gen contributor who will have a tremendous impact on the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns to drive intent-based leads and maximize ROI.
  • Strategize and manage paid social campaigns, balancing the generation of both informational and transactional leads to support overall lead generation goals.
  • Utilize various tools and methodologies to identify and qualify accounts with intent, ensuring timely delivery to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Take ownership of email nurture campaigns aimed at engaging and nurturing prospects throughout the buyer's journey.
  • Oversee and execute on SEO strategy with a strong focus on driving organic traffic from intent-related search queries.
  • Oversee marketing operations, including the management and optimization of tools and systems used by the Demand Gen team to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
  • Working closely with the web development team to ensure our site is optimized for performance.

Requirements

  • A nice human being who is fun to get along with and enjoys getting sh*t done.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on paid search and social channels.
  • Good knowledge of organic search, with the ability to drive more high-intent traffic to your website.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within cross-functional teams. Able to communicate performance to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Skills

  • Solid paid platforms experience (2+ years): search, social
  • Strong knowledge of SEO
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms
  • Comfortable with business English (native speaker is not a requirement)
  • HubSpot experience is a must
