Shape the Rewards strategy
We are offering the role of Head of Global Rewards where you would lead and drive our global Total Rewards agenda and be the subject matter expert on executive’s total compensation packages including long term-, and short term incentive programs. You will develop and secure governance of our pay policies and be responsible for the Remuneration committee’s annual wheel of activities and processes. We have already come a long way in updating all our total rewards processes to a very modern standard for listed companies and best in class processes. With your help we believe that we can keep improving our pay practice.

You will work closely together with our Leadership team in driving total rewards processes and manage all the incentivized program in our total remuneration packages as well as the global reward policies
You will be working in our Headquarters, close to our senior business leaders. Please note that our current office is located in Broendby, however, we are moving our HQ this fall to Nordhavn, Copenhagen, into brand new sustainable offices with an amazing sea view.

Your new team
You will be part of a global HR team of approx. 60 persons. You will be based in the HQ together with 10 other HR colleagues within Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR Denmark and Organizational Development. You have one direct report in the US and our excellent shared service center supports you to implement the total rewards agenda through Work Day. report to Siam Schmidt, CHRO, and be part of the HR Leadership team. Our HR team is characterized by close collaboration as we all sit together in an open office space and use each other as great sparring partners. We also enjoy a good laugh together and ensure that there is both time and room for that.

Head of Rewards from a listed and truly global company
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you are the Head of Rewards in an international and listed company or a Rewards Specialist from a listed company that wants to take the next step and lead the area in your next job. You have experience preparing materials for or and supporting the remuneration committee and have experience managing global rewards programs and processes. As we are a global company, you would speak English every day on the job.
As a person, you are curious on the new trends within the area of rewards, and you are interested in implementing the ones matching the strategy of the company. You like to work with numbers and structure and not afraid to come up with solutions to rewards problems. You enjoy analyzing data and developing scenarios as well as working with share programs. As you will collaborate with many different types of employees, colleagues, external consultants, business leaders from around the world and our international executive leadership team, it is important that you are a strong stakeholder manager. To have success in this role, it would be an advantage to be resilient, pragmatic, and calm.
You should expect some travel days during a year since this is a global role with colleagues placed all over the globe.
