The Position
As the Director of QC Module, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Own the QC module standards to be applied across FFEx globally.
• Direct project execution and provide clear goals and purpose for the project team members.
• Create and develop the project plan, ensuring effective use of time and resources, monitor and control of project work and reporting on process deviations and defects.
• Negotiate project resources and manage these resources during project execution.
• Ensure buy-in from Key stakeholders on all sites establishing QC laboratories.
• Establish the appropriate project governance together with the project head.

You will own the design of the QC facility that will be applied globally. You have a possibility to have an impact in changing design facilities and be a Leader in a dedicated team of Project Managers and QC Specialists. It is all about doing the difference.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Pharmacist, Chemical Engineer or similar academic degree
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of successful project management experience. 
• Understanding of mathematics, engineering, and technology, lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience.
• Knowledgeable in core work processes and cGMP, and ideally Quality Control.
• Experience in CAPEX Project Management, ideally design and establishment of QC laboratories.
• Excellent in English skills both written and spoken.

As a person, you have an excellent stakeholder management experience in global setting and extensive Project management expertise.

Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
