We are on a journey to optimize our retail distribution operations and deliver a premium and consistent retail experience to every customer at every touchpoint across their path to purchase. Our role is to excite customers and bring them to our retail spaces, after which we can showcase our technologies in a retail setting that delights and encourages them to get hands on with our products.
As we continue our growth, operational efficiency and excellence is paramount, not only to our customer and staff experience, but also to our long-term profitability. The incumbant will support the local leadership team in each market on how to optimally operate our 200 stores in the region. The successful candidate will work with cross functional stakeholders including IT, Finance, Sales, Global Retail, and Brand & Marketing.
What you will do
Develop and implement strategies to boost the profitability and growth of our international network of stores in EMEAParticipate in overall retail strategy development with stakeholdersAnalyze performance data and consolidate insights relevant to prioritize actions and to identify areas for improvementEngage in expansion strategy and portfolio development including new openings, renegotiations, renovations, and closures with key stakeholdersEnsure high efficiency through staff planning and task optimizationSupport driving the budget process in each country together with finance, while ensuring target setting and follow-upEnsure implementation of retail training programs and materials for continuous team developmentIdentify and prioritize relevant “must win battles” and ensure continuous focus on achieving theseConduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellenceHelp expedite lead generation and digital capability, supported by EMEA Digital hub & global Retail best practices.What you bring
Experience
Extensive (8+) retail management experience from a similar positionProven track record of achieving sales targets and improving profitabilityExperience compiling and analyzing data to build an action planExperience managing internal partners on deadline-driven projectsSolid understanding of retail trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Personal competencies
