Now, we're looking for a dynamic Events Assistant eager to learn and help us create memorable and professional events. This is a part-time student position.
Coordinate and assist in running our busy and diverse events portfolio, with events of all shapes and sizes that engage and activate the digital health ecosystem. Coordinate and assist during major internal and external events and conferences, for exampleTech BBQ, HLTH Europe, Copenhagen Health Tech Summit and more.
Handle the coordination and logistics of our events to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Assist the Head of Events in strategic planning, collaborating closely with the HTHC team.
Additional tasks based on your profile and interests.
Outgoing personality with positive and energetic vibes.
Excellent people skills – you connect with everyone and make them feel welcome and included.
Great communicator with fluent English and preferably a working knowledge of Danish.
Highly organized and structured in your work, using organizational tools with ease.
Proactive and responsible, not afraid to ask questions or seek help when needed.
Able to meet deadlines and handle tight schedules.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as communications, health, or business.
Experience within the innovation scene or with startup communities is a plus.
Enthusiastic about health and technology, ready to join our mission to make health tech accessible to everyone.
Experience in planning and executing events.
Keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Eventbrite and Canva is a plus.
