About the Project
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Lead to join our team for a large Pharmaceutical Expansion project currently in the Construction Phase. This exciting opportunity is based in Denmark and offers the chance to work for a Tier 1 Contractor on a cutting-edge development.
About You .

You have demonstrable experience working on projects within the Pharmaceutical or Data Center sector. A strong understanding of the specific electrical requirements for these environments is essential.

You are a skilled and confident leader with the ability to motivate and guide a team of electrical professionals.

You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

You are proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.

Experience working within a collaborative contracting environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to the electrical team, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.

Oversee all aspects of electrical construction, including installation, testing, and commissioning.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project scope, specifications, and electrical requirements.

Develop detailed electrical work plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project timelines and cost constraints.

Manage and track project resources, including manpower and materials.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.

Identify and proactively address any potential risks or challenges that may arise during the project.

Maintain clear and concise communication with all project stakeholders, including the client, engineers, and subcontractors.

Prepare and maintain all necessary electrical documentation.
