The job
As Project Director, you will assist the ET organisation in planning, executing and reporting due diligences.
You will be part of the ET Business Integration team and assist in maturing our overall M&A transactions capability, and act as due diligence process expert to the organisation.
You will be responsible for leading ET due diligence activities, in close collaboration with Corporate Development, PSQIT Business Integration and the functional areas of ET.

About the department
ET Business Integration is a part of the newly established area ET Portfolio Management. The team will be responsible for efficient due diligence processes of potential acquisitions within manufacturing capacities, participate in due diligence on assets coming from Corporate Development as well as own identified targets, manage the integration into ET and finally mature ET’s overall M&A readiness. ET Portfolio Management reports to Novo Nordisk’s SVP of Emerging Technologies within PSQIT.
