How you might spend your days As an Engineering Manager at NNE, you’ll be workingwith a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll:
Manage the engineering activities of our projects that cover the full range from small-scale production to high-volume production facilities. Be teamed up with an experienced colleague and join our onboarding and buddy/mentor program to ensure a great start. As a member of the engineering management group, play a significant role in specification of engineering activities, technical scope definition and scope management. Spearhead the review and verification activities to ensure cross-disciplinary consistency and project compliance Supervise project deliverables and activities, and report findings to the Project Director This basically means that you as a team make sure that the projects are organized properly to allow full utilization of resources and timely deliveries Who you are We care about who you are as a person. Thrive in leading and motivating project teams Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English Demonstrate leadership, ethics, and sound judgement, both independently and as part of a team. Thrive in a hard-working environment and aren’t afraid to be tested and propose alternative solutions The miles you’ve walked In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
You have an engineering (preferably mechanical or process) or similar background and +5 years of experience You have knowledge of project execution You are fluent in English (spoken and written). Location Kalundborg or Virum
