About the job

Are you ready to lead and inspire a dynamic team of project managers, project engineers, and automation engineers? As the Engineering & Supply Manager at our site in Soborg, Denmark , you will have the opportunity to oversee a diverse team that delivers cutting-edge projects for the thriving Food and Water industries.

In this essential role, you will be entrusted with managing the department's Profit & Loss, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless project execution within budget and scope. Your passion for continuous improvement will drive the development of our quality management system and pave the way for securing essential certifications. Together, we will develop and execute a strategic growth plan, fostering collaboration with international teams and progressing our success to new heights.

As a mentor and evaluator, you will have a direct impact on the professional growth and development of your team members. Your valuable insights and contributions will shape our portfolio and position you as a key member of both the local and BUD E&S management teams.

While this role offers exciting challenges and rewarding responsibilities, it also allows for a healthy work-life balance with up to 30 days of travel per year. Alfa Laval also offers a hybrid workmodel with the oppotunnity to work from home when it fits with your tasks.

What you bring

You possess a degree in Engineering, complemented by a solid foundation in business strategy. Your exceptional leadership skills have been honed through managing direct reports and remote teams in an international setting. Previous experience within the Food and Water industries sets you apart. Any additional expertise in quality management and continuous improvement will be an asset to our team.
