You will report to VP, Sale & Commercial Operations where you can expect a collaboration based on trust, ambition, and high expectations to one another.

You have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting the executive in a multi-national company
  • Ability to independently run projects within the department and develop communication material and other well-written materials
  • Fluency in English written and verbally. Other languages are a plus
  • Excellent IT skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, and Teams
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, HD or similar
  • You thrive dealing with many projects and processes at the same time, in close cooperation with our VP and the rest of the management team. An important aspect of your responsibility is to coordinate and be part of our management meetings and global meetings with our subsidiaries. Following up on decisions made during these meetings is part of your contribution.


    In order to succeed in this role, it is important that you have administrative, planning, and follow-up skills beyond the ordinary, and that you can work independently and without supervision. You are proactive, enthusiastic, and service-minded by nature, and you are very quick to understand new situations and acquire new knowledge.
     

    Your responsibilities summed up

  • Supporting and advising our VP on projects, processes and various business activities, including the planning of and preparing for meetings
  • Performing work that is generally varied and project-oriented or administrative, with considerable coordination and follow-through
  • Handling of various types of administrative documentation necessary in the Sales department
  • Managing calendar and arranging and booking travels for VP
  • Securing strong communication in and outside the Sales department and with our subsidiaries
