The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the VP, Business-enabling Platforms. You will be successful in this role if you are highly organized, proactive, detailed-oriented, data-driven, and have experience supporting senior executives. You will also get to do project management from time to time for cross-functional events, global offsite and team projects.
Responsibilities
Closely monitor and manage VP’s calendar, time, and travel activities, proactively prioritizing key priorities and deliverables based on requests from multiple partners at various levels. Organise team meetings and events, prepare agendas and materials, capture detailed notes, and track action assignments, priority, and status. Act as a bridge and trusted partner between VP, his leadership team, and key stakeholders across the Maersk organisation. Manage and support projects within the organisation (e.g., event planning, on– and offboarding, coordination of meetings with internal and external partners, drive staff meetings and All Hands meetings and more). The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the VP, Business-enabling Platforms Drive team engagement activities and be the culture champion for the team. Book VP’s travel, track and submit expenses and approve expenses across the function. Travel internationally to support events as needed is expected. Qualifications
Experience supporting senior stakeholders, including C-suite level, is an advantage Outstanding attention to detail in a fast-paced and changing environment Proactive in setting and managing tasks and priorities in an international organization Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills, interpersonal and collaborative team skills and a true can-do attitude. Strongmunication skills; ability to clearlymunicate written and verbal messages to diverse and large audiences across many formats. Experienced Project Management skills; ability to drive results and remove unnecessaryplexity. Demonstrate good judgment, tact, and discretion when dealing with confidential and highly sensitive information. Demonstrated resourcefulness, ownership over responsibilities, and ability to work independently and multi-task
