As EA to our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) in Vestas you will become part of our Global Sales team, which guides Vestas’ commercial agenda in close collaboration with our Regional Presidents and Sales organizations.
Your primary responsibility will be general support to our CSO and to ensure a smooth and efficient daily agenda for him and his organization. Furthermore, it is important that you are capable of acting as "gate keeper", allocating their time efficiently by understanding and prioritizing the requirements. In addition, your responsibilities will include:
Calendar management, meeting planning and support
Travel planning and bookings
Presentations, minutes of meetings and general correspondence
Hosting of VIP guests
Internal and external communication - in perfect English
Occasional preparation of reports / power point presentations for Executive Management
Cross functional project coordination and administrative tasks within the CSO functional area
BA degree in a relevant field of study, for instance languages, business administration or similar
Background in administration, documentation or finance
Experience from a similar position in an international company (C-level experience highly advantageous)
Proficiency in MS Office, Teams and preferably also SAP
Fluent communications skills in English, both spoken and written
