The People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner works closely with the EVP of Services (Operations and Maintenance) to ensure that P&C initiatives are effectively provided to support the Services organization in meeting its business plan and aligning with the overall P&C operating plan.
Responsibilities:
Develop P&C Business Plan: Create a P&C business plan that aligns with the broader P&C strategy and supports the Services department's goals. Support Leadership Team: Work closely with the Services Leadership Team (LT) to support implement business strategies, boost employee engagement, manage talent, and improve team performance. Coordinate Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Regional VPs to ensure the Services department's workforce planning and resourcing needs are met. This involves setting targets, supporting with ramp-up plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any gaps. Manage Senior Talent: Oversee talent management for senior Services leaders. Partner with the Services EVP to manage nominations, create positions, handle performance reviews, identify high-potential employees, plan for succession, and guide talent development. Supervise VP-Level Talent: Coordinate with the Services Leadership Team and Regional P&C VPs to oversee the development and progression on VP-level talent, focusing on nominations, position creation, performance management, succession planning, and talent development. Leverage Data and Analytics: Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement within the Services department and to make informed decisions. Support Global Reward Programs: Contribute to roll out global reward and mobility programs, with a focus on the Services Incentive Plan (SIP). Ensure consistent communication and coordination with the VP of Reward and the EVP of Services. Ensure that all reward policies, including bonuses, pensions, and benefits, are aligned. Promote DEIB Initiatives: Advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within the Services department, supporting local initiatives as needed. Facilitate Services Training: Assist in coordinating training programs for the Services department to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Act as HR Operations Anchor: Serve as a key point of contact for HR Operations on all Services-related matters to ensure smooth communication and coordination. What we offer:
