The position

As a trusted advisor to the local management team, your role will involve providing support for our most significant investment project - the development of a new API manufacturing facility to enhance our portfolio of future oral and injectable pharmaceuticals. You will assist in developing the organization to meet future needs by providing direction on HR and training-related topics and play a key role in developing and supporting senior management teams for success. At the same time, you will be the people manager of two Training Partners. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing and ramping up our newly established Training project team Maintaining and further development of robust HR processes for a fairly new business unit Leading organizational development, organizational design, and organizational culture discussions on a continuous basis as the project develops Talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategy Contributing to the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives based on analyzed data In addition to this, you will be executing the central yearly HR processes, Bonus and salary, Talent management, and Employee Engagement. You will also be supporting and driving the strategic and operational discussions in the management teams regarding leadership, organizational design, governance, performance culture, and sustainable well-being. Your main stakeholders will be our Project Corporate Vice President and Project Directors and you are a natural part of the management group. The activities will be carried out at our site in Kalundborg, home of Novo Nordisk API manufacturing Qualifications You will be a great asset to our team because you have: Several years of experience as a Business Partner with exceptional stakeholder, project, and implementation skills A degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Management is preferable; candidates from diverse fields or those transitioning from a managerial position will also be considered. Strong people and leadership skills Preferably experience from pharma and/or large matrix organizations English on a business level is a prerequisite while Danish skills – or willingness to learn – will be considered advantageous. On a personal level, you are self-motivated, have high energy, and a can-do attitude. Building trust and encouraging collaboration at all levels of an organization is a natural part of your skill set. It is critical that you can set directions and make things happen while also adapting to an ever-changing environment with strict deadlines. You excel at using a systematic approach to solve analytical problems and extract insights from data. Finally, being a proactive and helpful colleague who contributes to the success of the team will also be highly valued. About the department Our People & Organisation Business Partnering team consists of several HR Business Partners and a training Academy team supporting all HR processes in API. Together, we are responsible for developing our organization and employees to meet current and future needs.
