Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for the company
Oversee all aspects of business operations, including product development, marketing, sales, finance, and human resources
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, investors, and stakeholders
Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the organization
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects and initiatives
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement
You can take full responsibility towards the board for all aspects of the company's operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
Demonstrated expertise in digital technologies and mobile applications
Excellent written and spoken Danish Language skills. Added benefit if you have one more Scandinavian language skills.
