What does the role involve?

As a Finance Controller, you play a central role collaborating closely with our Finance & Operations Director, taking charge of various key responsibilities to drive financial excellence.

Dive into nuanced tasks that encompass:

Forecasting : Drive strategic decisions by projecting future financial trends with accuracy.

Cost allocation and control : Optimize resource allocation through effective cost management strategies.

Internal controls : Ensure financial integrity through acting as the local ICS coordinator plan ICS-cycles, internal and external audits.

Month-end closing and reviews : Navigate management statements and balance sheets for insightful reviews.

Margin and customer profitability analysis : Conduct in-depth analyses, extracting valuable insights for informed business strategies.

Management reporting : Craft and deliver concise reports, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.

Assist with tax and treasury topics : Navigate tax and treasury matters, ensuring compliance and strategic financial planning.

You will work closely with the Danish management team and the Northern European Controlling team. This role will prepare you for an international career with swift advancement opportunities.

What you need is:

Hold a relevant master’s degree within Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or International Management

0-5 years’ experience gained through internships or work in audit, accounting, controlling, cost accounting or as a business analyst in a multinational company

Demonstrates strong, target-oriented communication skills in English. While experience in the Danish market and Danish fluency is not mandatory, it is preferred

Analytic mindset, proactive approach, and self-reliant personality

Proficiency in Microsoft office (especially Excel)
