The position
As our new Finance Partner, you will drive the budget and financial management at SVP level, and oversee the various projects and organisations anchored in the project portfolio. You will be involved in multiple business cases towards senior management and will interact with multiple stakeholders anchored in HQ functions and project organisation stationed in US, China, Brazil and France.

You will independently drive several initiatives simultaneously and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation at all levels of the organisation, which requires that you have a good overview and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.

You are motivated by driving strategic projects and able to manage and prioritise high complexity and workload with tight deadlines, with the support of your team. You will be working with execution of business strategies and therefore you must be able to manage confidential information. For this position you are required to speak and write in fluent English.
About the department
‘Fill & Finish’ is a newly established division within Novo Nordisk and oversees the largest investment portfolio within Novo Nordisk. The multi-billion portfolio is being governed via the central ‘Programme Office’, in which the finance department is anchored. Programme Office is an international and high-performing organisation, consisting of around 60 people from approx. 10 countries.
