How you will make an impact

This role will be responsible for creating price and cost management transparency for our stakeholders in Global Arla. This includes the development and maintenance of a huge and complex cost management database and the development of relevant tools to ensure a reliable and transparent in-depth insight into costing and pricing development.

Moreover, your tasks will include:

  • Holistic performance analysis: Consolidate, review, and analyze potential in different markets. This includes market outlook report and bottom up analysis.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with different teams to ensure procurement compliance in contract manufacturing through data-driven analysis.
  • Influential insights: Obtain the lowest possible Total Cost of Ownership from our contract manufacturers.
  • Drive efficiency: Manage and drive joint cost improvement programs together with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative procurement tasks: Maintain and ensure supplier onboarding, investigate cost deviations and manage contract manufacturing in procurement systems
  • What will make you successful

    We are looking for a candidate with an analytical mindset and display strong communication skills with stakeholders. You are able to prioritize tasks, organize information and work independently. As a true relationship builder, you possess the ability to balance networking with execution and delivery. Nevertheless, you adapt to changing priorities as needed and demonstrate a problem-solving mindset.

    Further, it will be an advantage if you have:

  • A bachelor or master degree in cand.merc, cand.oecon or similar. The ideal candidate can both be a newly graduate or have 2-3 years of work experience.
  • Any prior work experience in procurement, finance, or similar roles in a big matrix organization is an advantage.
  • Have experience with PowerBI and financial reporting
