Finnish speaking customer service agent

Temashop.dk is looking for a Finnish speaking customer service employee:

We are looking for an amazing teamplayer for Denmark’s funnest workplace, who can take on an important role in our customer service team at Temashop. 

Are you passionate about providing good customer service? Are you happy, smiling and thriving with having a lot on your plate? Do you understand and speak Finnish? Then you might be the perfect fit for our team!

You will be part of a close and dedicated customer service team, who are passionate about giving our customers the best experience. We are a cheerful team in an informal working environment, who believe in ‘freedom with responsibility’.

We expect that you, along with our team, are ready to give it your all during our peak seasons, at which varying work hours may happen. 

Your primary work assignments will be to offer amazing customer service to our Swedish customers. Of course, we provide thorough training in your work assignments, so that you are well prepared for the job. 

It would be a huge bonus if, in addition to Finnish, you also speak Danish, Norwegian and/or Swedish. 

Your work assignments will include:

• Customer support on mail, livechats and on phone.
• Order handling.
• Processing claims of defects. 
• Other ad-hoc assignments.

You will thrive in this job, if you:

• Is grammatically correct and well-formulated in Finnish.
• Knowledge of other Scandinavian languages such as Norwegian and Swedish.
• Possess a natural and forthcoming.
• Is reliable, goal oriented and effective.
• Tech-savvy

Practical information

• The work hours are 08:00-16:00 (may vary during peak seasons)
• We are looking for a colleague who can start as soon as possible. 
• Wage based on qualifications.
• Lunch is included.
