Halla there! David Kennedy Recruitment is on the lookout for an amazing Swedish speaking Freelance Recruitment Partner to join our team. IF you have a knack of hunting down talent from Sweden, sourcing your own leads for amazing clients on a global scale then we WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!  We offer a commission based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your ability to successful place candidates in hot jobs.

• Location: Remote anywhere in EMEA
• Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice
• Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilise various sourcing channels of your choice like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top-notch candidates
• Conduct, Assess and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles across the world
• Work closely with our Senior leadership team to ensure the recruitment process run effortlessly for our candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written) - this is a must! if you also speak Swedish that will help immensely!
• Previous experience ideally from Agency background hunting & sourcing within volume white collar (BPO) roles and a knack for finding Swedish speaking talent - if you do not have this please do not expect a response
• I'd be particularly interested in someone who has experience in hiring in volume to North East Europe/Southern Europe (i.e. Latvia/Portugal)
• Ability to multitask with multiple recruitment projects and work independently
• Great time management, responsiveness and organisational abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is a non negotiable 
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a must
