The Role

With a global remit, the newly created HR Director, Commercial role will need to have a good grasp of the challenges of different geographies and markets from a people perspective. Supporting all main business lines as a strategic partner (from Omnichannel to Retail Property) this role will require the individual to navigate all manner of personalities and stakeholder styles. The HR Director, Commerical will be based in the vibrant HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The Individual

This is a role for a senior and well-rounded HR generalist who has a background in retail or consumer businesses. The ability to navigate a complex matrix and lead/shape people strategy across the markets is critical. The company is looking for a self-starter who will thrive on spearheading a variety of global projects.
