As the Global Manager Network & Security, you will be responsible for:

• Global ownership of the network; WAN, LAN, WLAN, firewalls, remote access to the network, and security operations. Including architecture, roadmaps, policies, guidelines, plans, monitoring, hardware, and incident and service requests.
• Team leader for the network and security team reporting to the global manager of infrastructure and operations.
• Management of the security operations to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from security threats.
• Management of network and security outsourcing partners and vendors.
• Support the Infrastructure & Operations management peers.
• Representing Infrastructure & Operations in the Elopak architecture forum.
• Management of the Elopak network and network hardware.
• Support in Global IT projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in global organizations and managing outsourcing relationships.
• Expertise in setting up monitoring systems for network and security.
• Knowledge of global network and security development trends.
• Background in security operations to design and implement secure environments.
• Ability to create architectural blueprints for secure network infrastructure.
• IT support or IT professional experience and mindset.
• Familiarity with ITIL4 support structures.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management:
• Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written).
