Global Mobility Specialist

About the role
Activities around Global Mobility have primarily been supported locally, thus one of your tasks will be to assist with development of processes enabling mobility support globally. As Global Mobility Specialist you will be part of our Global People Experience team within the Payroll function. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the globe, which is why good collaboration skills are key to success in this role.
About the department
The position reports directly to Head of Global Payroll and Mobility. The position will be located in Salt Lake City, USA, Copenhagen, Denmark.
Your responsibilities
Be a valuable sparring partner to the business regarding Mobility cases.
Assist with the development and execution of global policies and processes.
Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to manage the end-to-end mobility process for employees moving across borders.
Provide or coordinate advice on immigration, tax, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and a seamless relocation experience.
Ensure that managers and employees have the necessary information to make the right decision when relocating.
Vendors, ensuring high-quality services for our employees and that deliveries are made within the applicable agreements.
Stay up to date with global mobility trends and regulations to offer the best possible solutions.
What you bring
Experience from a similar position like, global mobility, immigration, tax, or related.
Knowledge of international immigration laws and tax implications is preferable.
Remarkable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks.
