You will join a well-managed Global Mobility function that has undergone an incredible transformation the recent years. We have implemented a new tax and mobility service vendor, launched a digital mobility platform, updated our long-term assignment policy, introduced new commuter policies, and established a comprehensive Global Mobility Framework covering cross-border work. How you will be a success
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience advising on employee tax matters and an understanding of social security and cross-border regulations. You thrive on taking the lead and managing legal compliance while supporting business objectives and achieving results. You possess a "yes-we-can" attitude, are solution-oriented, and, most importantly, a team player. Ideally, you have previous experience working at a consultancy firm, law firm, tax authority such as SKAT, or an in-house mobility function. However, if you believe you have the right skills, we welcome your application.
