Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Execute the deployment of our global onboarding process, including standardization, template creation, guides, and training materials for all target groups. Translate the strategic vision and purpose of our onboarding process into tangible steps and execute them effectively. Continuously enhance the global onboarding process and refine the pre- and onboarding experience based on feedback and evolving business needs. Maintain and update content related to onboarding materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Integrate additional process steps into SAP SuccessFactors, such as cross-boarding and hourly onboarding, collaborating closely with IT, GS, and procurement teams. Implement offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees. Develop and implement surveys to gather feedback and insights to improve the onboarding experience. Develop content for trainings and learning materials to support the onboarding process. Work collaboratively with regions and segments to integrate onboarding content at the local level, ensuring alignment with global standards. Maintain system content, stay updated on new releases, and collaborate with key user groups to optimize system functionality.

In-depth understanding of enterprise solutions like SAP SuccessFactors and the ability to effectively implement and optimize processes within these systems.
