Are you a Rewards Manager who wants to make a global impact?

We are offering to join our global People, Organization & Culture team as Global Total Rewards Manager. As a Global Total Rewards Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and driving our global rewards processes.

In this role, you can truly make an impact as you will be working closely with top management and will be responsible for many global processes. Nilfisk operates as a truly global company and in this role, you can influence and develop all elements within rewards.

You will be based at our Headquarters in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, be part of our global Rewards team, and report to our VP, Head of Rewards and People Experience.

As our new Global Total Rewards Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Develop, implement, and drive annual global rewards processes.

• Design, implement, and maintain Long-Term and Short-Term Incentive programs.

• Participate in Executive Remuneration management.

• Prepare for the EU Equal Pay transparency directive.

• Update and maintain salary bands globally in Workday based on Mercer tools.

• Develop and update the Career Framework and build rewards structure based on them.

• Conduct benchmarking using Mercer.

• Educate the HR community and Sr. Leaders in the rewards practices of Nilfisk.

• Stay abreast of industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements related to compensation and sales incentives, and proactively recommend adjustments as needed.

• Manage the communication and training efforts related to compensation programs, ensuring understanding and buy-in from key stakeholders.

Your new team

The Global Rewards team consists of 4 other people based in Copenhagen and Budapest. You will be part of a global People, Organization, and Culture team of approximately 60 persons. You will be based at the HQ together with 10 other HR colleagues within Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operations Denmark. Our PO&C team is characterized by close collaboration as we all sit together in an open office space and use each other as great sparring partners. We also enjoy a good laugh together and ensure that there is both time and room for that.

We value the experience you bring

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have experience within Rewards within an international and listed company or have worked as a Rewards Consultant collaborating with similar types of companies. You have experience preparing materials for and supporting the remuneration committee and have experience managing global rewards programs and processes. As we are a global company, you would speak English every day on the job.

As a person, you are self-driven and curious about the new trends within the area of rewards, and you are interested in implementing the ones matching the strategy of the company. You like to work with numbers and structure and are not afraid to produce solutions to rewards problems. You enjoy analyzing data and developing scenarios as well as working with share programs. As you will collaborate with many different types of employees, colleagues, external consultants, business leaders from around the world, and our international executive leadership team, it is important that you have strong influential and stakeholder management skills.
