Here you can bring your commercial or technical understanding and skills to play, in a Graduate position in a well-recognized consultancy company within renewable energy. You will be trusted responsibility and offered sparring and development, as you will help drive and project manage internal projects and strategic initiatives together with our Business Development team.

With the Graduate Programme we offer you a two year long learning journey that will accelerate your career. You will be trusted assignments and projects that will develop your professional competencies combined with professional and personal sparring from a skilled mentor and a graduate unity that can help and inspire to grow even further. 

Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Reports on situation, opportunity and risks new countries clients and trends.
  • Manage internal projects aimed to strengthen our management of knowledge resources.
  • Prepare presentations for client and stakeholder meetings.
  • Assist strategic sales initiatives related to our three business units, Offshore Wind, Site Solutions, and Green Transition.
  • Perform analysis related to project development for clients and in-house projects.
  • Form part of the project management teams on ongoing projects, delivering on commercial and technical tasks.
  • Assist in building and maintaining solid long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Various project support and ad hoc assignments.   


We are looking for a candidate that preferably has the below qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background with knowledge of Offshore Wind Value Chain.
  • You have relevant experience from a similar student position - preferably within strategy development and implementation, business development, project development and/or management consulting.
  • Interest in renewables industry, with a commercial mindset. 
  • Analytical with ability to assess commercial and technical topics.
  • Strong communicator, in both written reports and presentations.
  • Proactive attitude, flourishes in a fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams running in parallel.
  • Excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.


  • Preferred work location in Aarhus
