About the department
You will join the Graduate Management team, which is part of the wider Global Early Talent with in total 20 dedicated employees. We are anchored in Global Talent Acquisition (Global People & Organisation).
The Graduate Management team is passionate, ambitious, informal and, most importantly, great team-workers focused on succeeding together. You will be covering for one of our Programme Managers who is going on maternity leave. In the team there are other Programme Managers you will be able to spar with, as well as the rest of the team who is always ready to help.

The position
The purpose of Novo Nordisk’s Graduate Programme is to strengthen the pipeline of potential future leaders and specialists in Novo Nordisk by attracting, recruiting, and retaining the best talents who have the potential to grow into key positions in the future to reach our purpose to drive change to defeat serious chronic diseases.
As Graduate Programme Manager you will have the operational and strategic responsibility for both the Manufacturing Technology and Global Digital Business graduate programme tracks. This includes:
Additionally, you will also play an important part in aligning activities across the Graduate Programme and ensuring it continually stays relevant to contribute to the success of Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications
We are looking for a colleague with solid global experience, preferably within the areas of people management, talent attraction, recruitment and/or people development. Interest or experience in areas dealing within production is considered valuable.
