This position is based in Sweden.

Here, you'll join 70 colleagues – 30 in Denmark and 40 in Asia.

Take your skills to new heights

As a Group Financial Controller, you'll act as a sparring partner for our CFO, working closely with colleagues in the finance team and other stakeholders within the company. You’ll take on a broad role with responsibilities including:

  • Responsible for the Swedish Filial, including supporting companies in Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, India, Hong Kong, China, and Pakistan.

  • Project optimization and further development of Microsoft Business Central and Power BI.

  • Responsible for developing our Supply Chain System (WRP).

  • Monthly group reporting.

  • Economic follow-up and KPI tracking.

  • Development and maintenance of Excel/Business Intelligence reports for the sales department.

  • Participation in budgeting and forecasting.

  • Responsible for establishing operations in Sweden, including setting up an office in Malmö/Skåne.

There are several paths to this role

We are looking for the following:

  • A masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields (Cand.Merc., Cand.Oecon., MBA, or similar).

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A or operations finance.

  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics NAV (Navision) is a requirement.

  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is mandatory.

  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English, written and spoken, at a professional level.

  • Experience in developing supply chain systems.

  • Experience in coding (Kali Linux & VBA)
Work Arrangement

This role is based in Sweden and offers fully remote or hybrid work options.

Travel is expected to be: 10-15%.
