Your role

We are seeking an additional group manager to lead a team in support engineering. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of technical support for our customers while managing and developing a team of support engineers.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our support processes and deliver excellent customer experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of support engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the support team, assisting in troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries

• Act as a point of contact for our customers, ensuring their voice is heard within the organization and advocating for their needs in product development and service enhancements

• Collaborate and communicate closely internally with stakeholders to plan and prioritize customer issues, communicate product updates, and drive initiatives to improve overall customer experience

• Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the support team, and coordinate training programs to enhance technical proficiency and customer service skills

• Provide input for the service and support strategy

• Coordinate with other Saab entities and help create the strategy for good service of our products across the whole world.

Your profile

You have appropriate technical qualifications, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and some years of experience in management and/or project management.

You possess business acumen skills and knows the importance and value of timely planning and communication.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
