The Position
As the Medical Learning Associate Director you will lead a group of 5-6 highly motivated and skilled individuals. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for Medical Learning, including aligning with stakeholders on their needs and requirements.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, we anticipate that you bring a Master's degree coupled with 3 + years of experience in people management and managing larger projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

You will join a highly ambitious and driven team dedicated to providing inspiring and relevant medical learning to the worldwide medical affairs organisation and adjacent areas. In addition, the team drives the creation of the core medical communication for all our products.
Medical Learning is part of Strategic Operations in Global Medical Affairs, and you will work closely with other teams across the organization.
