You will join 15 colleagues in the Group Facility Management team. We are organised in a matrix structure with a Facility Manager in each of the Nordic countries and Lithuania. Together with the Head of Hard Facility Management Services, you engage across the countries to make way for realising ‘the one Danske Bank service experience’.
Group Facility Management forms part of Group Workplace Management, which also includes Group Real Estate and Copenhagen Central Domicile. Alignment with the other units is essential in particular with Copenhagen Central Domicile to ensure a coherent set of experiences.

Under the Soft Facility Management banner, you will be responsible for the services comprising Catering, Cleaning and Office Support, . reception, logistics, concierge and more. The objective is to knit the services into great experiences providing our colleagues with a seamless and frictionless working day. Among other things, the job comprises:
You will be owning the generic service specification, including SLA’s and KPI’s related to Soft Facility Management – as well as driving performance reporting and benchmarking as basis for identifying best practices.
