We believe that no tool is better than how it is used. That is why we have a support team that is there every time our customers need help. For us, our support and service are as much a part of the product we offer as the AI itself.

We are now looking for a new Head of Support who can help our support team grow to the next level in the age of AI.

• You have a solid track record in customer service.
• You have leadership experience.

The day-to-day…

• Lead our small but efficient team of supporters.
• Be there for your team to get them unstuck.
• Constantly make it easier to be successful on your team with AI and tooling.
• Lead by example by supporting our customers with your team.
• Showcase your team's great work by collecting 5-star reviews.
• You can work from our office in Copenhagen, from home or a beach in Bali (yup, we have had people doing that) as long as our customers get the help they need during our opening hours.

If you think the profile we are seeking is quite broad, that’s because it is! We believe in hiring the right type of people to leadership positions at Clerk - and those are not always the people with the longest CVs. Compensation for this role will therefore be commensurate with experience.
