We are looking for a HR Business Partner who takes pride in delivering the best service in all HR matters while keeping the employees in focus. You will have a shared responsibility between contributing in global HR projects and supporting our locations at Bornholm, which implies our factory in Hasle, office in Rønne and hybrid employees working from home. We are encouraging a “ONE ESPERSEN” mindset in everything we do and therefore we believe that local and global goes very much hand-in-hand.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Go-to person in HR Operations, e.g. recruitment, contracts, development plans, etc.
  • Facilitate and give feedback on cognitive and personality test (DISC). You will also become our system owner for the test system
  • Update our employee handbook
  • Update our HR system, named “HR Manager”
  • Keep our corporate organizational chart up to date
  • Negotiate local agreements for our factory in Hasle
  • Provide input for our internal PowerBI
  • HR legal developments/-monitoring (legislation and collective agreements)
  • Deliver different statistics, reports and surveys (incl. system owner for Enalyzer)
  • Handle expat agreements
  • Provide guidance on data privacy and continuously secure that we are in compliance with the applicable data protection rules
  • Provide manager support on salary- and remuneration negotiations, and ensure that payroll is informed about changes

The position as HR Business Partner comes with a great deal of freedom in how to plan and execute. Therefore, it is important that you continually are able to prioritize your efforts and can deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

You will join an international HR team with over 30 colleagues located in Denmark, Poland and Lithuania.

 

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in a HR-related area, e.g. HRM, SOL, Psychology or equivalent, combined with 3-5 years work experience. You are system savvy and holds a curiosity for making the most use of our HR systems and ensure that our ways of working are as efficient as possible.

You must have strong communication skills. Our corporate language is English but for this position, Danish is also a requirement, so we expect you to be fluent in both Danish and English – both spoken and written.

In addition, you should be comfortable working with the full Microsoft office package and Microsoft Teams.

As a person, you are a people-oriented person, social, pragmatic and interested in building relationships at all levels in the organization. You have a curious and structured mindset and are proactive in your working style.

 

We offer you a fulltime position in an international company, where you will be located in our brand new HQ in Kastrup. As you will be responsible for HR at Bornholm, you should expect some monthly travelling and upon request. We estimate that you will have up to 20 - 30 travel days per year.

You will report to our HR Director who is also located at the HQ in Kastrup. However, it will also be possible to work from home occasionally.
