HR Consultant for Autorola Group

• Autorola Marketplace: a wide range of online auctions for European and global vehicle vendors.
• Autorola Solutions: customized solutions to fleet owners covering the specific needs in OEM, bank, and leasing segments all over the world.
• Indicata: The next generation of business intelligence and market insights software for the management of used vehicle inventories.

The role

As our new HR Consultant, you will report directly to the Global HR Director of Autorola Group. You will play a crucial role in managing a variety of HR tasks, with a primary focus on recruitment for our Danish division, Autocom-Bilsalg.dk, why professional proficiency in Danish is a requirement for this role. To ensure a good collaboration, you must work 1-2 days from one of our locations in Ballerup, Køge, or Fredericia, and the remaining 3-4 days from our offices in Odense.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Collaborating with hiring managers for effective recruitment and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Employee Development and Onboarding: assisting in onboarding and provide ongoing support, contributing to creating a positive employee experience during the onboarding process.
• Performance Management and Employee Relations: handling employee relations and address performance issues.
• Workforce Planning and Succession Management: Analyzing workforce trends for future staffing needs and ensuring succession plans.
• HR Policy Development and Implementation: Updating company policies and communicating policy changes effectively to employees.
• Employer branding: Participation in fairs, company visits, and updating the company’s profiles on LinkedIn, Jobindex etc.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR-related tasks, with exposure to recruitment.
• Commercial Understanding: Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
