New Power Partners (NPP) is on an exciting growth journey, and our employees are the most valuable asset on our journey. Therefore, we are looking for a HR Student Assistant to support our HR department in their daily work. We offer a unique and challenging opportunity to work with a fast-growing company with a green purpose, where you can put your theory into practice and grow your capabilities, alongside becoming part of a great international team.

Your responsibilities will primarily be supporting our HR department in the recruitment process searching for new candidates and the further recruitment process. You will report to our Head of HR, as well as the colleagues in the HR department. We offer a part time position with an average of 16-25 hours a week.

Description of the position, key responsibilities, and tasks:

  • Searching for candidates and contacting potential candidates.
  • Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Assisting the recruitment process and communication to candidates
  • Support on ensuring strong GDPR compliance.
  • Take part in implementation and developments of our internal recruitment system.
  • HR ad-hoc tasks


We are looking for a candidate that preferably has the below qualifications:

  • Currently studying Bachelor or Master within HR, Business Administration, Communication, or similar.
  • Good team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills, fluent in English
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Detail oriented, structured, and service minded with a professional view.
  • Ambitions to grow along with our company.
  • We would like someone to join our team who is people oriented, has a great team spirit, a fast learner and can-do attitude, and who would love to work in an international company.
