Job Description
As an In-store Commercial Manager you are responsible for the sales performance and overall profitability of an area/department within the store. This is delivered by great customer service and create a commercial and attractive shopping experience for our customers according to set guidelines in order to maximize selling. You plan, execute, set high store standards and follow up on activities in stores.
Secure and ensure a great shopping experience for all our customers Perform daily selling follow ups and initiate actions accordingly to maximize selling Manage and operate merchandising, sales activities, campaigns, stock level and follow up Take responsibility of planning your and your department´s workday Work efficient and set the right prioritizes Apply, drive and manage administrative and security procedures Participate and contribute to recruitment, training and development of employees You are a part of the Store Management team
Qualifications
Preferable leadership experience Salesmanship, a natural drive to seek for opportunities to drive selling in a profitable way
Structured and organizing mindset Preferable visual merchandising experience Drive and initiative You are fluent in spoken and written English
