The position
is based in Bagsværd, and your presence in the office is required, with occasional remote work. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Master’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Journalism or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in strategic communication who possess strong track record of leading communication initiatives across a larger organisation. Proven experience in internal communication, preferably in a global organisation. Including solid experience with stakeholder management. Strong ability to develop and execute communication strategy. The ability to effectively communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to management and a global organisation, both orally and in writing. Familiarity with internal communication platforms such as SharePoint and Viva Engage is a plus. Ability and willingness to rethink our current ways of communicating – experience within video recording and editing skills is a plus. A proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. On a personal level, you are a skilled and structured problem solver with a capacity for strategic thinking, and you are willing to take full ownership of your work, showing dedication to all aspects of it, from high-level planning to hands-on foundational tasks.
